Book Fair

Today our class had the opportunity to preview the Book Fair and students wrote down a few items on their "Wish List".  On Monday, May 7th we will be going back to the Book Fair, this time to buy books, posters, pens, bookmarks, etc.  If you wish for your child to participate, please send in money on Monday.  The Book Fair will also be open during our Open House on Friday, May 11th (8:45-10:00 a.m.) if you wish to purchase a book with your child at that time.

Open House

To celebrate Catholic Education Week we will be having an Open House on Friday, May 11th from 8:45-10:00 a.m.  Parents and guardians are invited to come spend the morning with their child(ren).  While here, be sure to peruse the Art Gallery showcasing the students talent in the gym.

A Message From Mme Garvey's Class

This Friday, Mme Garvey’s Grade 6 class is having an “Out of this World”,

.+*galaxy-themed*+. , Mothers Day sale!

The sale will happen in front of the Learning Commons all day on May the 4th.

We will also be selling items by the gym during our Open House on Friday, May 11th.

The prices will range from 1~5 dollars. There are lots of great handmade items that

are perfect for an inexpensive, yet thoughtful Mother’s Day gift!

This sale is our Grade 6 entrepreneurial project with funds raised going to the

family of Julia, a former St Anne Lion, and current Grade 7 student at Holy Trinity

who is battling cancer.

May Calendar Now Posted

The "Home Learning Suggestions" calendar for the month of May can now be found on the right-hand side of the blog under the header "Monthly Calendars".  In addition to being posted on the blog, a hard copy was sent home.

A Friendly Reminder...

A friendly reminder that Friday, April 27th is a P.D. Day and Sunday, April 29th the students celebrate their First Communion @ 1:00 p.m. at St. Patrick's Fallowfield Parish.

Our final raffle of the year will take place on Friday, April 10th. Tickets are 1 for $0.25 or 10 for $2.00.
